Welcome to Scrap Happy Snail Service! By subscribing to our Monthly Snail Mail Club, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Overview
Scrap Happy Snail Service offers a recurring monthly subscription that delivers a curated envelope of paper goods, such as postcards, stickers, journaling items, and other creative extras.
Each month’s contents are a surprise and may vary in theme and items included.
Subscriptions are available to US shipping addresses only at this time.
2. Billing & Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring monthly billing.

Your card will be charged $12 per month

Billing occurs automatically based on your subscription start date

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars

Sales tax will be added where required by law
If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is resolved.
3. Shipping
Subscription mail is sent via standard postal mail.

Shipments are mailed between the 5th and 10th of each month

Delivery times may vary based on postal service performance

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier
Subscribers are responsible for providing a correct and complete mailing address. Scrap Happy Snail Service is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
Currently shipping within the United States only.
4. Address Changes
If you move or need to update your address, please do so before the end of the month to ensure your next shipment goes to the correct location.
We cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement of mail sent to an old or incorrect address.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month

Once a subscription payment has been processed, that month’s envelope will still be shipped
We do not offer refunds for shipments that have already been processed or mailed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of subscription mail and paper goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns. If your envelope arrives damaged or you are missing items, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Lost or Stolen Mail
Once mail has been handed off to the postal service, Scrap Happy Snail Service is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, please reach out and we may be able to offer assistance on a case-by-case basis.
8. Changes to the Subscription
We may occasionally update subscription pricing, contents, or shipping schedules. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
