At Scrap Happy Snail Service, each Monthly Snail Mail Club envelope is carefully packed with love and creativity. Because our subscription includes paper goods and curated items, our refund and replacement policy is as follows:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of subscription mail and paper products, all subscription payments are non-refundable once they have been processed.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Mail delays caused by the postal service
2. Damaged Items
If your envelope arrives visibly damaged and items inside are affected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

A photo of the damaged envelope

A photo of the damaged items
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement item or partial credit when possible.
3. Missing Items
If something is missing from your envelope, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your mail. We’ll do our best to correct any packing errors.
Because each envelope is curated and limited, exact replacements may not always be available, but we will try to provide a similar substitute when possible.
4. Lost or Stolen Mail
Once your envelope has been handed over to the postal service, Scrap Happy Snail Service is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
However, if your mail does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we may offer help on a case-by-case basis.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address.
We are not responsible for mail sent to an outdated or incorrect address. If an envelope is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
